Project Management ‑ complete program management of projects for Owners, for new construction, dry-docking, ship modifications, conversions and reflagging, including design, specifications, regulatory review and approval, material and equipment procurement, budgets and complete project management.
EPC Contracting – the undertaking of complete projects from concept to commissioning, including design, detailed engineering, construction, procurement, delivery and start-up.
Special Projects ‑ investigatory design projects for private enterprises and government agencies on subjects such as LNG containment systems, ocean thermal energy conversion, barge mounted and jack-up mounted power generation facilities, large volume floating desalinization and demineralized water plants, integrated tug‑barge systems, offshore gas-to-methanol production, offshore gas-to-liquids and product storage, design and supply of oil spill recovery equipment, including road transportable self-propelled oil recovery and storage barges, conversion design and yard supervision, tankers to floating production, storage and offloading vessels, design of dynamically positioned pipe lay vessel, conversion of fish trawlers to 3D seismic vessels, etc.
